1. Why choose Cantina del Vesuvio?

Our family has been making wine since 1930, caring for our vineyards inside the Mt. Vesuvius National Park for three generations. 

Each year, we produce a limited number of bottles of Vesuvio Lacryma Christi DOC, which are only available for purchase via our winery shop and online store. In addition to our famous wines, we produce extra-virgin olive oil, Lacryma Christi vinegar condiment, and a number of other gourmet specialties.

All our products are certified organic (MIPAAF IT BIO 006 T1413) and we are committed to protecting the environment and our local ecosystem by responsible use of resources.

2. How can I make a purchase?

It’s easy to purchase our products online, and there is no registration required. Simply select the products you would like to purchase and add them to your cart. When you are ready, you will be taken to the check-out page where you can add your shipping information and proceed to payment using the payment method you prefer. 

3. How does the Club Subscription service work? 

Our Club Subscription ensures you receive an automatic recurring order every 6 months, with a 15% discount on each delivery. Once subscribed, your orders are scheduled automatically 6 months apart, and you'll be notified in advance of each shipment.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

You can choose to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or Shop Pay.

5. I have a discount code, how can I use it?

You can use your discount code upon check-out by adding it to the dedicated field before payment. Discount codes can only be used one at a time and have an expiry date. If you have problems using a discount code, please contact us at .

6. Are shipped items insured?

Yes, all our shipped items are insured and we are meticulous about our packing and delivery so your package will arrive intact.

7. Where do you deliver, and what are delivery times?

8. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping in Italy for orders over €60 and EU** for orders over €90. 

**Shipping to Ireland is free over €120

For the orders below the above threshold the costs are between €10 / €15.

9. Is my personal information secure?

Cantina del Vesuvio takes utmost care with your privacy and security by using a secure SSL connection with the highest level of data protection. Your payment information is not managed by Cantina del Vesuvio but is sent directly to a dedicated banking site so you are ensured the utmost security.

10. Can I have my order delivered to an address different than my billing address?

Of course, our products make perfect gifts that you can have delivered directly to the recipient. You can also add a gift message to your package upon check-out or by contacting us at .Your receipt listing your payment information will not be shipped with gift orders.

11. Can I track my package?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your package within 48 working-hours of placing your order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact and we will provide one for you.

12. Do you ever offer special discounts?

Yes, we sometimes offer special discounts on select items for a limited period. If you would like to keep up with our special offers, please sign up for our newsletter.

13. Can I order by phone?

Of course, you can call us directly to place an order with live assistance. Our help line is available in Italian and English from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM (CEST), and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM (CEST).

We offer daily guided tours, tastings and lunch directly at our winery on Mt. Vesuvius. For additional information, click here.

15. Where is the winery located?

Cantina del Vesuvio is located in Trecase (NA), inside the Mt. Vesuvius National Park not far from Pompeii and Naples. If you arrive by train, we offer a free shuttle to and from Pompeii Ruins. If you arrive by car, we offer free parking.
